Here at Taking it to the Streets Ministry, our staff is the backbone of everything that we do. This type of ministry is very demanding and our staff rises to the challenge day after day. Feel free to reach out to any one of our staff members with your concerns or needs or just to request information, we are happy to respond. Each of our staff members is prayed for every day and their work is very much appreciated, without them this work would be impossible. Our staff is hand-selected and prayed about before they are appointed to their position and everyone is equally important in this venture, after all, this is all about serving God and the needs of our communities. 

Founder and Adult Ministries - Kevin Lewis Chapman (417) 270-7488 Hi, my name is Kevin Chapman, My wife Brenda and I started Taking it to the Streets Ministry several years back and our goal is to "Gospelize" as many young people as possible. When I say young I actually mean young at heart although the youth of our nation is very important to us. They are, after all, our future.   I was educated at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va. where I received My Th.M and Psy.M But studying Scripture is where I learned to stand and trust God and to lean on him for understanding.   I grew up in the Assemblies of God where for a time I was a Licensed Minister but I have found over the years that God is not as much interested in denominations as he is in the condition of our hearts so when asked the age-old question "what denomination are you?" I simply respond with, "I am simply a child of God seeking to serve him to the best of my ability" I have pastored a few churches in my days and enjoyed doing it but my real calling was to do this, we call it "Gospelizing" because, after all, that is what we are commissioned to do.

Co-Founder and Youth Coordinator - Brenda Chapman (417) 247-6539 Brenda is my beautiful wife and companion on this journey. Brenda is truly a blessing, both to myself and this ministry. Brenda has a connection with children and young people that is absolutely amazing! This, I believe is Brenda's calling, I have never witnessed anyone who draws children and young people alike to themselves in the manner that Brenda does. She is amazing and approaches them with a heart full of love and truly wants to see each one of them succeed. IF any one person were the backbone of this ministry it would have to be Brenda, her sacrifices, love, and dedication to this cause is so amazing and her sacrifices are incredible. Without Brenda, this ministry would not be the same, if it would exist at all!
